oAI records and summarises meetings, answers questions from internal company documents, and keeps every department's information visible only to the people entitled to see it.
oAI is an internal tool for DreamFarm Agency employees. Accounts are created by the agency; it is not a consumer product and is not open to the general public.
Meeting recording and summaries
oAI joins scheduled Google Meet calls, records them, transcribes the audio, identifies who spoke, and produces a written summary with decisions and action items.
Answers from internal documents
Employees ask questions in Persian or English and get answers drawn from company policy, handbooks and HR documents, with a citation back to the source file.
Calendar-driven scheduling
With your permission, oAI reads your Google Calendar to find upcoming meetings, creates the Meet link, and sends it to attendees so nobody has to set the recording up by hand.
Access controlled per department
Every document belongs to a department and a sensitivity class. People see what their role allows and nothing else; personal and financial records stay restricted.
What oAI asks for from your Google Account
When you sign in with Google, oAI reads your name, email address and profile picture to create your account. If you allow it, oAI also reads your Google Calendar to find your upcoming meetings and creates Google Meet links for the meetings it is asked to record. oAI does not use this data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not share it with third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
