Terms of Service

1. Who may use oAI

oAI is an internal tool operated by DreamFarm Agency for its own employees and contractors. Accounts are created by invitation or by signing in with an approved Google Account, and every new account must be approved by an administrator before it can access anything. We may decline or withdraw access at any time.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reach data you have not been granted access to, or to work around the permission system.
• Do not upload unlawful material, or material you have no right to share.
• Do not take company information out of oAI except as your role and our internal policies allow.
• Do not disrupt, overload or attempt to break the service.

4. Meeting recording

oAI records, transcribes and summarises meetings. Recording other people carries legal obligations that differ by country, and in many places everyone present must be informed. You are responsible for telling participants that a meeting is being recorded and for obtaining any consent the law requires. Recordings are visible to the people who took part in the meeting.

5. Google services

Signing in with Google, and granting calendar access, is optional and governed additionally by Google's own terms. You can withdraw that access at any time from your account page or from your Google Account settings. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Automated output

Transcripts, summaries, speaker attributions and information extracted from documents are produced automatically and can be wrong. Treat them as drafts, check anything that matters against the original recording or document, and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision with legal, financial or employment consequences.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of oAI.

8. Termination

Access ends when your engagement with DreamFarm Agency ends, or if these terms are breached. Company records created through the service remain the property of DreamFarm Agency.
